1. SSG Funded Programmes for Self-Sponsored Individuals 个人付费的SSG资助课程
1.1
An applicant needs to be either Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident, aged 21 years and above.
申请者必须是新加坡公民或者永久居民，年龄为21 岁及以上。
1.2
All applicants have to meet the minimum entry requirements (MER) for the intended programme of application.
所有申请者必须符合所报读课程的最低要求。
1.3
An applicant needs to achieve at least 75% attendance in the course enrolled for, passed all the coursework and assessments where applicable.
申请者需要达到至少 75%的出勤率，通过全部课程作业和评估（若适用）。
1.4
SSG will only fund each SSG Funded Programme enrolled for once. Participant will have to pay full course fee if he/she had previously received funding for the same programme.
同一个课程SSG只会资助一次。如果学员曾经接受过SSG的资助，那再次报名同一个课程时，需要支付全额课程费用。
1.5
Learners are required to participate in SSG Training and Outcomes Measurement (TRAQOM) survey at the end of course.
学员需要在课程结束时提交SSG“培训和成果测量”(TRAQOM)在线问卷。
1.6
Attendance for all SSG funded programmes must be taken via SingPass App (QR Code e-attendance scanning).
所有SSG资助课程的出勤必须通过SingPass应用程序（二维码电子签到）记录。
1.7
Failure to comply with the terms and conditions stated above, the learner is required to reimburse SCCIOB the corresponding funding grant by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) for the corresponding course (subject to prevailing GST).
若不遵守上述条款与条件，学员需向新加坡中华总商会管理学院 (SCCIOB) 偿还由新加坡精深技能发展局SSG)所资助相应课程的款项（须缴纳现行消费税）。
2. Our Classes 课程
2.1
SCCIOB reserves the right to vary, change and amend the course commencement date, content, entry requirements, curriculum, examination rules, lecturers, lesson dates, venue, and other aspect of the course at any time prior to or during the delivery of the course.
新加坡总商会管理学院保留在课程开始之前或课程进行期间更改开课日期、课程内容、入学标准、教学大纲、考试规定，任教老师、上课日期、上课地点和其他课程相关信息的权利。
2.2
No replacement lesson/assessment will be provided by SCCIOB should participant fail to attend any lesson / assessment in the enrolled programme (Except for Diploma in Translation & Interpretation and
Tourist Guide Training Programme. Medical and Compassionate reasons will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis).
如果学员未能参加所报读课程的任何课程/考核，新加坡中华总商会 (SCCIOB) 将不提供补课/补考（翻译口译技能大专文凭课程和导游培训课程除外。医疗和特殊原因将根据具体情况进行评估）。
2.3
Learners who enrolled in course delivered via synchronous e-learning must comply with the following:
报名参加同步在线学习课程的学员必须遵守以下规定：
• Ensure WIFI connection is stable, webcam and sound system for video conferencing are working and turned-on during classes.
确保WIFI连接稳定，视频会议的摄像头和音响系统能够正常工作，并在上课期间开启。
• Learners are not allowed to work /run errands and attend the class at the same time.
学员不得在上课的同时进行工作/处理杂事。
• Learners are kindly reminded to have early dinner for classes scheduled in the evening.
对于安排在晚上进行的课程，学员请提前吃晚饭。
2.4
Learners are required to be punctual for every session in the programme schedule. He/she will be marked absent for that session if late for more than 15 minutes or leaves before the session ends.
学员必须准时参加课程表中的每节课。如果迟到超过15分钟或在课程结束前离开，将被标记为缺席。
2.5
Do note that photographs and videos may be taken during the course for training, assessment, and reporting purposes.
请注意，出于教学及评估目的，上课期间可能会拍摄照片和录制视频。
3. Refund & Withdrawal Policy 退款与退学政策
3.1
Refund for Withdrawal Due to Non-Delivery of Course 因课程未开班而退学的退款政策
Learners will be informed in writing of alternative arrangements (if any), and also be entitled to a refund of programme fees already paid should the learner decides to withdraw.
学员将会以书面形式收到替代安排（如有）。如果学员决定退学，已支付的课程费用将予以退还。
3.2

Administrative fee might be imposed where applicable.
所有的退课申请均应符合上述退款规则。学员必须填写并提交退课申请表格。学员将在大约两到四周内收 到退课申请结果，并且在退课申请通过后大约四到六 周的时间内收到退款。请注意，课程申请费和会员费 不可退款。学院可能会收取行政费用。
4. Deferment/Extension Policy 推迟入学/延期政策
4.1
Deferment is not allowed 7 days or less before the commencement of the course. (Terms & Conditions apply)
不得在开课前7天或以内提出推迟入学申请。（适用于条款与条件）
4.2
An extension is defined as an extension in course duration after course commencement supported by valid reason(s), and official documentary evidence subjected to approval by the Management of SCCIOB. Learners approved for programme course extension must complete the course within the maximum study period of the respective training programme.
课程延期是指课程开始后，因合理原因并提供正式文件证据，经新加坡中华总商会 (SCCIOB) 管理层批准的课程时长延长。获得课程延期批准的学员必须在各培训课程的最长学习期限内完成课程。
Extension and/or deferment requests is not applicable for learners tapping on SSG funding.
延期和/或推迟入学请求不适用于申请SSG资助的学员。
5. Grievances and Feedback Process 投诉与意见反馈
